Feeling a bit like Karin's beloved fish Dr. No... swimming along in circles. This week I've been preparing for my final trip back to Tucson. Thus far, this process has given me dreams of rotting teeth and upset stomachs. Although there are many reasons to be happy for my return, I can't help but feel conflicted.
